Doctors Admire His College Chiropractor Yuri Kolyagin.

There are some holidays which are celebrated by everybody: New Year, March 8...

But there are some other holidays that are wot widely celebrated like, for example, Doctors' Day. It's a pity because each of us has some health problems.

The most important thing for each specialist including a doctor is the acknowledgement of collegues. Here are two letters with congratulations for Dr. Yuri Kolyagin, Candidate of Medical Scinces, chiropractor, the Chief Doctor of he Chiropractic Center in Lazarevskoye, Sochi. We have already written about him may times.

My congratulations on Doctors' Day to Yuri Ivanovich Kolyagin? a wonderful doctor and a real professional whom I have known for some years.

I'm an allopathist and I was taught that doctors can cure their pafients only with the help of medicaments or a scalpel and some years ago I coceldn't imagine that some time I'd become a patient ofchirooractors. For three years I had seeffered pain in my neck and loin when I came across the information about Sochi Chiropractic Centre at 32 Pavlov Street. I was lucky to visit the Centre . I felt much better after the first procedures and it was then that I understood what efficient and effective medicine was. And since then I try to get to the specialists of the Centre each time I come to Sochi/ And together with my children! If I don't reserve the room beforehand I canget treatment in the outpatient setting. I remember the Clinic phone numbers - 8 (8622) 33-55-58, 70-17-85 better than my own ones. Now I think it to be a crime against my health to come to Sochi and not to get a treatment course in the Chiropractic Centre.

I have never thought that it's possible not only to get rid of the diseases of musculoskeletal system but to rehabilitate the functions of any inner organ with bare hands only. And even to 'get' to the central nervous system! I analyzed the cardiogram of a patient who had the signs of myocardial ischemia and preinfarction angina. Blood flow in coronary artheries was completely reestablished. I was greatly impressed.

It's nice to see that the chiropractors (chiros-hand) of the Centre follow the old traditions of Russian chiropractic and have devoted their lives to their profession. With some accurate movements of their fingers Dr. Yu.I. Kolyagin and Dr. S.M. Shapilov relieve intervertebral space tension and herniations of intervertebral discs, they 'switch on' the organs that don't function perfectly, free jammed vessels and nerves... And for each patient the program is absolutely individual - the manipulations have different power, direction, angles! It's amazing how well the doctors feel the sick flesh. It's impossible to learn it from the books!

I watched and admired how the specialists of the Centre do the series of tractions on dura mater of brain trying to get to the central nervous system. This procedure not only helps to find some health problems but to relieve them at once.

With some special manipulations they try to manage to make blood transit to cerebrospinal fluid (liquor) which reduces intracranial pressure, removes old censequences of physical traumas and infectional deseases, helps brain to work perfectly.

Last year I came across Dr. Kolyagin's site in the Internet http://www.rushyroscentr.org. As I work in Khosta, Sochi, I decided to visit my collegue. I called him (8-8622-332-500) and got an invitation from Sergei Mikhailovich Shapilov, a leading specialist. When I came to the clinic I was very surprized:though it was winter the boarding house was full af patients.

I was allowed to watch the manipulations and was surprized how quickly and effectively the doctors turn kidneys, pancreas and other inner organs to the perfect working order with a quick accurate movement the hand touches spinous processes of vertebra, immediately finds the displaced vertebras and sharply resets them. Or the doctor's hand skilfully gets under the lower pcert of the liver from the right part of the chest, presses it slightly - and the liver belgins to 'breathe', to function normally.

It's fantastic how Yuri Kolyagin and his assistans 'take away' ossification ofvertebras in cervical part of spinal cord. He carefully examins it, finds out the degree of the damage, the location of the herniation and the place where vessels and nerves are jammed. With accerate, quick movements of their wonderful hands (special for each patient) the doctors save people from treatening strokes.

When I was in the centre I met some patients who came and showed their tomograms which were done a year before. Hermations of the intervertebral discs in the umbarregion were 10 millimetres and then reduced to 5 millimetres. The manipulations are very simple but the result is terrific!

It goes without saying than it's not possible to get the reduction of herniations in all the cases, but Dr. Kolyagin achieves such results very often which tells about his high professionalism.

In Dr. Kolyagin's Centre they don't cure oncological illnesses, AIDS, central paralyses after spinal cord and brain affections, serious purulent infections, shizophrenia. He hasn't got any expensive and complicated instruments. He works with his bare hands. But they are more useful than several medical clinics and sanatoria taken together.
